We cover all of Northern Ireland on a regular basis and further afield if you require. Travel time and costs incurred beyond a 15 mile radius of Belfast (Belfast City Hall being the starting marker) will be charged additionally.

Contact us via email at least 4-6 weeks before you need us to work in your home.
We will send you a response email during business hours detailing our rates and availability and to ask a few basic questions.If you proceed to make a booking we then arrange a 15 minute zoom call at a mutually convenient time, to look at the spaces that need attention. We will then formulate a 'plan of action'.
We will send you an invoice for 50% of the overall fee, that should be paid within 48 hours to secure your appointment.
In anticipation of your appointment we will then start to procure any product that might be required for your home (with your permission).

We can organise a small area like a closet or larder but we also enjoy tackling bigger projects such as establishing a stylish storage system, streamlining house contents before a move or unpacking a house upon moving.
We are experienced in decluttering and staging rooms so that they are ready for the housing market. -
Charges for services will be levied at a rate of £285 for half a day (approx. 3 hours) or £495 for a full day (6.5 hours approx). This is inclusive of both of our services (two people). A full day effectively provides 13 hours of ‘womanpower'.
50% of the overall fee is to be paid upon booking to secure your date, the remaining 50% is paid upon completion of the work.

For areas like closets and bedrooms it can be helpful for the client to work with us to establish which items are precious to them, which items can be donated etc.
For less personal areas like kitchens, clients may prefer to give us some initial direction and then leave us to work our magic. -
We have Professional Indemnity and Personal Liability insurance with Westminster Insurance.

It really depends on the project, some jobs will take longer than others.
We need to assess spaces beforehand in order to discern how much time might be required.

At present we do not have a licence to dispose of waste in Northern Ireland. We will always take all of our own rubbish away and are happy to take small items to charity shops on your behalf.

We are happy to offer gift vouchers but due to the personal nature of the work that we do we recommend discussing this with the donee before purchasing a voucher on their behalf.
Please note if you are buying our services on behalf of someone else, it is vital that the recipient is on board with the idea and prepared to declutter their possessions in order to make a real difference in their home.
